Krysti Todd Guthrie
Owner | Design Principal
Krysti Todd Guthrie, founder & design principal of K. TODD Interior Design, received her Interior Design degree from Interior Designer's Institute in Newport Beach, completing her undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University.
From the start of her career, Krysti has contributed interior design solutions for numerous multifamily properties, commercial spaces and residential interiors within the western United States. Krysti has two decades of experience designing interiors for multifamily developments & re-developments with an emphasis on affordable housing communities. She spent many of her earlier years working in-house for a renowned multifamily developer and also for a residential builder. From these 1st hand experiences, she is able to apply valuable knowledge, a unique understanding of the industry and clearly communicate design solutions & principles for multifamily, hospitality & residential interiors.
Krysti believes communication & collaboration are key to the successful process of design. She deeply values the lasting & trusted working relationships she has established over many years with clients, developers, architects, builders, colleagues, trades & preferred vendors.
